2. The table in Annex A sets out a number of early actions that we think will support improvements for mental health.

Are there any other actions that you think we need to take to improve mental health in Scotland?
Peer Support is good but most people need family and friends. Recognise the early symptoms. Don't be ashamed and talk about your feelings. More awareness through public areas and workplaces. Understanding of peoples different coping strategies and not to belittle their individual worries. Awareness of where to get support if it is relationships, financial, bereavement, physical and/or mental health problems. Advice on how you can help support someone and not to turn away because you do not know what to do to help someone. Seek Help Early don't let it manifest.

3. The table in Annex A sets out some of the results we expect to see.

What do you want mental health services in Scotland to look like in 10 years' time?
No Shame. Men as well as woman recognise the difficulties and can support each other. People are able to talk openly to each other and discuss their issues, they have support when they need it from a group of people not just health professionals. Everyone to be aware support is needed for everyone at different times of their life. With the support this will improve. Do not turn to alcohol, drugs to help. Recognise your feelings, reduce the anger, shame and embarrassment. Use the services when only talking hasn't helped.
