Published responses

The Scottish Government has worked closely with public and third sector partners to develop options for the complaints process and we welcome the responses from local authorities. We received a range of opinions on the preferred options for the process and, as a listening government we will consider all the responses carefully. We will continue to consult and engage with the public and professionals working with children and families, to make sure we get this important aspect of the Children and Young People Act right.
